Grape-harvest period:
First day of September, through a grape-harvest in crates.
Winemaking process:
It is carried out with a soft destemming/crushing process, defecation through enzymes and cryomaceration
at controlled temperature of 10-15°C for 12-15 hours.
Aging/Refining:
The partially fermented must is conserved in the autoclaves at controlled temperature for 5 months; this
process is followed by a three-month refining process in bottle.

Straw yellow tending to gold.

Aroma:
It is fragrant, intense and aromatic.

It is sweet, bright and persistent.

5,5%.
